Returning customer of the previous Andy

Absolutely!
We are happy to pick up any empty crates you have.

This is a very important part of our service and will be handled in the same way as before

1/ Simply leave your empty crates out for pick-up and our drivers will collect them.
2/ Our drivers will input the returned empties in our system
3/ You'll receive the value of your returned crates as Andy credits on your account

Absolutely!
We make returning your crates easy and convenient.
1/ Simply leave your empty crates out for pick-up and our drivers will collect them.

Absolutely!
We always deliver to the location of your choice (also your garage or basement – up to you).
For efficiency, we recommend dropping them at the door, but it's up to you.
Simply leave your empty crates out for pick-up with your next delivery, and our team will handle the rest.

Andy Credits

Andy Credits are our way of rewarding you for returning empty crates.
When you give back your empty crates, you'll receive their value as Andy Credits on your account.
These credits can be used to reduce the cost of future orders.

Ordering & Delivery

In most postal codes in Brussels and Antwerp, we deliver the next day.
For postal codes outside the city centers, we deliver twice a week.

You can also select 2-hour, 4-hour & 7-hour timeslots in the cart so that you don't have wait at home for your delivery all day.

Your specific delivery options will be clearly displayed when you place your order.

We deliver every day between 12h and 21h

We charge a small delivery fee to bring your crates, place them inside, and take back empty crates.

  • Standard Delivery: €3.99 for orders under €80.
  • 2-Hour Timeslot: €5.78 (due to increased inefficiency and CO2 production.)

Delivery discount: Orders over €80 receive a €3.99 delivery reduction, making the delivery free when choosing a 4-hour timeslot.

Company

The financial model of the previous Andy required a lot of external funding which we did not manage to secure which meant we had to file for bankruptcy.
The new Andy will be much more self-reliant and therefore will be much more financially healthy .
This is also the reason why we implemented next day delivery and are asking for a small delivery fee.

The new Company is managed by Pieter-Jan Wouters and Dries Vander Stichele.
The goal is to have as many happy customers as possible while maintaining a financial sustainable company with a great operational excellence.
