Pumpkin Soup Bag

Description

A generously filled bag containing approximately 4 kg of fresh ingredients, perfect for making a big pot of hearty autumn soup for the whole family (or plenty of portions to freeze for later), without unnecessary packaging! Carefully selected for quality and freshness, and sourced as locally as possible whenever available.

The ultimate pick-me-up for chilly autumn days! This rich pumpkin soup combines pumpkin, tomatoes and carrots to create a full-bodied, savoury base. The addition of apple and orange creates a perfectly balanced flavour profile: the sweet and tangy fruit takes the earthy notes to the next level.

In this Soup Bag, you'll find:

🎃 1 butternut squash
🍅 2 tomatoes
🥕 2 carrots
🍎 1 apple
🍊 1 orange
🧅 1 yellow onion
🧄 1 bulb of garlic
🍂 1 piece of ginger

What's more, this Soup Bag is a real health boost:

Vitamins A & C: Pumpkin, carrots and citrus fruits are packed with beta-carotene (which the body converts into vitamin A) and vitamin C, essential for supporting your immune system during autumn.

Garlic & Ginger: These powerful flavour enhancers are known for their anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Ginger also stimulates digestion and circulation, providing a wonderfully warming effect from within.

No plastic nets, containers or other unnecessary packaging: all your ingredients are packed loose and packaging-free, and delivered to your doorstep together with your Pieter Pot groceries. You'll also receive the accompanying recipe digitally!
