Description
A concentrate of faraway flavours in every dish, that's the promise of this Organic Tamari Soy Sauce, made using traditional, time-honoured methods. Like Shoyu, Tamari comes from the long fermentation of soybeans, but unlike Shoyu, it contains no wheat, making it a purely fermented soybean condiment with a stronger, more robust taste, and 100% gluten-free too. Its signature umami flavour makes it perfect for noodle dishes, sushi, or a quick stir-fry, and it also works beautifully as a natural salt substitute in all kinds of recipes. Order this bottle online and let Andy deliver it straight to your door, at home or in the office.Nutrition information per 100 g
