The Entre-deux-Mers vineyard is located on the hillsides between the Dordogne and the Garonne, south-east of Bordeaux. This vast territory offers a great diversity of terroirs and soils ranging from clay-limestone parcels well adapted to Merlot, to well exposed gravelly slopes ideal for Cabernet Sauvignon. The robe is brilliant with purple red reflections. Its very expressive nose presents generous aromas of fresh fruits (redcurrant, raspberry) underlined by delicate woody notes. On the palate this wine is round and of refined structure, with a touch of oak and tannins both frank and silky. Nice persistence and fresh and fruity finish. Drink within 2 to 3 years of bottling to appreciate its freshness.
